Some products are not kept in our regular inventory due to size, supplier requirements, space limitations, or because they are specialty items. To offer a larger selection, these products can be specially ordered and shipped directly to Krazie’z Thingz & Designz for pickup and also you can choose ship to home.

✅ **How It Works**

1️⃣ Place your order online.
2️⃣ We request the item from our supplier.
3️⃣ The item ships to our store.
4️⃣ We notify you when it is ready for pickup from the store –
OR if you chose ship to home, we will notify you when we ship it from the store w/ tracking!

🚨 **Backorder Status Is Normal**

All items in this category will display a **Backorder** status.

✅ This does **not** mean the item is unavailable.
✅ It simply means the item is not stocked in our store and must be specially ordered.

⏳ Most special order items arrive within **2–5 business days**. If a product has a longer expected delivery time, it will be noted on the product page.

📧 You’ll be notified as soon as your order arrives and is ready for pickup or when it ships.

💳 **Payment Policy**

Special Order / Ship to Store items must be paid for before they can be requested from our supplier.

If **Cash on Delivery (COD)** is selected, the order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted to collect payment before we can request the item from our supplier.
