2️⃣ We request the item from our supplier.

3️⃣ The item is shipped to our store.

4️⃣ We notify you when it is ready for pickup.

✅ This does NOT mean the item is unavailable.

✅ It simply means the item is not available on our store shelves and must be specially ordered.

📦 These items are available to order online and will be requested from our supplier and shipped to our store for pickup.

⏳ Most Special Order / Ship to Store items arrive within 2–5 business days.

📋 If a product has a longer expected delivery time, it will be clearly listed on the product page.

💳 Special Order / Ship to Store items must be paid for before we can request them from our supplier.

💻 Credit and debit card payments can be completed during checkout.

📋 If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), your order will be placed on hold until payment is collected.

📞 We will contact you to arrange payment before the item is ordered from the supplier.
