Artwork Submission Guidelines
Follow these recommendations to help your artwork print clean, crisp, and at the highest possible quality.
Before You Design

These guidelines apply to Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Affinity Designer, GIMP, Inkscape, Microsoft Publisher, and most other graphic design applications.
Accepted File Formats

Artwork ReviewExpand here
Every file received is reviewed before printing to help ensure the best possible print quality.
If we identify any issues that could affect the final product, such as low resolution, incorrect sizing, formatting problems, missing fonts, image quality concerns, or other print-related issues, we will notify you before printing.
If artwork requires modifications, cleanup, restoration, resizing, redesign, or other graphic design work, additional design service fees may apply. Any applicable fees will be discussed and approved before work begins.
Please Note
Submitting artwork that meets these guidelines helps us produce the highest quality printed products. While every file is reviewed for print quality, we are not responsible for errors contained within customer-supplied artwork, including spelling, grammar, phone numbers, email addresses, website URLs, dates, pricing, or other approved content.
By submitting artwork for printing, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and approved all content before production. Any reprints required due to errors in customer-supplied artwork will be treated as a new order and billed accordingly.
